2.12 months guarantee is our standard warranty time for all products,within warranty time,any problem caused by the defects of the chiller itself,we'll provide free service until the problem be solved;
3.If parts breakdown,provide free replacement of parts.  
(2)Service beyond warranty period
1.Tracking maintenance;
2.Provide chiller spare parts with cost price;
3.Chiller maintenance charge cost only;
4.All chiller model spare parts,special reserves support;
5.Customer's information are permanently archived,regular track and re-tracking services.

1) T/T 40% deposit, T/T balance 60% paid before shipment;
2) T/T 40% deposit, balance 60% paid through irrevocable L/C at sight;
3) Other payment terms are negotiable.
6. What about warranty?
12 Months after B/L date. Any failure occurred within the period due to our responsibility, we'll supply you the spare parts for free, also permanent technical support and consultation all life long for the machines.
